Chef Bev Gannon
Chef Beverly Gannon is chef-owner of the Hali'imaile General Store and Joe's on Maui.
Bev is also the executive chef for Hawaiian Airlines.
Recently she invited us over to Maui for a visit to the Swap Meet....and her home kitchen.
